Becoming more assertive

The aim of this course is to provide professional development for all staff and governors who feel they'd like to become more assertive. It aims to offer practical help to people whose lack of assertiveness negatively affects their professional life, by getting them to reflect on different scenarios and practice different techniques.

The course will be useful to all staff who feel they'd benefit from increased assertiveness.
